who has a the most beautiful voice and is a poet, performance artist, and U.S. Army veteran who has participated in The National Veterans Creative Arts Festival for her award-winning talent in music, drama, dance and creative writing.


Monday nights will find us  listening to poetry and enjoying the scrumptious crepes at the CrepeMaker Cafe on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

 POETRY BUƒƒET PARTY at the CrepeMaker Caƒe. Our 3rd season!

         “You do not need to be a poet to attend, just a writing enthusiast—“           

            Please join us for an exceptional cultural experience in the Gables

as we share our new poems of hopes, dreams, and cuisine, new ideas and poetic thoughts.

         Bring 2 one-page selections, one of your own poems and that of a favorite poet and enjoy sharing crepes, wine and verse. Laptops are welcome - we have WIFI. The caƒe offers a comfy and nurturing environment for both first-time readers and pros, and a chance to mingle with fellow poets and writers. As you enter the Café, please go to the back to order your delish crepe dinner. The admission for the Poetry Buffet includes a fixed price menu with a choice of  Small Entree & Dessert Crepe Combos $12.99/pp with a small drink or Regular-size Entree & Dessert Crepes $15.99/pp, with a large fountain drink or coffee and choice of chips. Complimentary glass of wine with all crepe orders. If you have diet restrictions, you may substitute fresh salad & fruit bowl, small or large, same prices as above. If you have special dietetic needs, Doreen can prepare for you, including vegetarian, allergy, etc.. just ask…

the main branch of The Miami Dade Public Library System lobby and The Betsy Hotel,
(Poolside) South Beach, Miami Florida,
and is now being scheduled for tour dates. The sculpture is available to roost at your venue.
 Libraries, museums, book stores, schools, hotels, concerts, etc...
contact me for consideration in the tour of this 5' public art piece.
Readings and classes are available
in conjunction with the sculpture if desired.
